The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a kitchen and ample storage. The proximity to Heathrow airport was convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.

During our recent stay for leisure, we found the spacious and clean 1 bedroom suite at the hotel to be very comfortable. The kitchen facilities were a great touch, and the breakfast buffet included in the rate was a bonus. The staff was friendly, and we particularly enjoyed the Tuesday night free drinks and snacks event. The hotel's proximity to the airport made it a convenient choice for our trip.

Now, reaching Staybridge Suites without wheels ain't a stroll in the park. The staff could brush up on bus schedules, but hey, I still found a speedy airport route.

The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, making our stay convenient and enjoyable. The barbecue facilities added relaxation, while nearby landmarks like Heathrow Airport and The Great Barn offered unique experiences that enhanced family bonding.

I always return for a romantic escape. Staff's nighttime water help on my first stay stuck with me. Wi-Fi, late check-in, gym, and kitchenette cater perfectly to me. The 24-hour reception, pet-friendly policy, and climate control seal the deal.

My son's birthday was during our stay and I contacted the hotel in advance to check if they could arrange something special. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication and the arrangements were not made. But the staff went above and beyond to try and rectify the situation, and even brought a cake and balloons to our room later that night. The spacious and modern room, as well as the great breakfast, made our stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at Staybridge Suites. the concept of having a kitchenette area was a pleasant surprise, complete with a microwave, fridge, and mini dishwasher. the facilities were great, and it had everything you could want for a short or even longer stay. the combination of self-contained accommodation and hotel-type accommodation was well thought out. the shared restaurant facilities and the presence of an Avis/Thrifty office were convenient bonuses. the location was excellent for proximity to Heathrow, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and a comfy bed. a great stay!

We had an amazing stay at this venue during our trip to the airport. This place was conveniently located close to Heathrow airport without an affiliated airport shuttle but the paid airport shuttle was always available. The service was fantastic and the room was well-equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace, relaxing in the soundproofed rooms, and taking advantage of the kitchenette. The staff on the reception desk was very friendly and made us feel right at home.

Recommending this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic bathroom and comfortable bed. The wifi worked perfectly and the breakfast was unbeatable, even providing a sandwich for later. It was a great space for our short stay with our son before his flight. The nearby Italian restaurant at the Holiday Inn was excellent. We will definitely use this hotel again when flying out of Heathrow. The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in/out and the rooms were soundproof, perfect for the children's excitement of plane spotting.

Our suite was well, equipped and spacious, allowing us to comfortably prepare our own meals. the kitchenette had everything we needed. the location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the airport. It made our travel to and from the hotel easy and hassle, free. Lastly, we enjoyed the option of having a restaurant dinner or utilizing the small market inside the hotel to purchase supplies for a quiet evening in our room.

The bed in our suite was too hard, which affected the quality of our sleep. It would have been much more comfortable with a decent mattress topper.

The spacious suites allow kids to explore their imagination with the chance to build their own creations. The hotel's proximity to Heathrow makes commuting to central London a breeze on the Heathrow Express train, so families can easily explore the colorful rides and shows and build fire-breathing dragons in the Imagination Factory.

My wife says that the hotel could improve by offering a dedicated play area for kids to have even more fun.

View from the world's largest observation wheel was so fun, HI Pizza was "inspiring" with their no-nonsense approach, and I enjoyed mingling with fellow guests over complimentary wine and canapes.

Such a shame they didn't have sky channels or Netflix, how terrible!

The daily, hot, fresh breakfast included in the stay was a delightful surprise. It was like stumbling upon a hidden treasure chest filled with delicious morning delights. The healthy options and variety made me feel like a happy explorer discovering new culinary treasures each day.
